If the menu highlights most classic French bistro’s dishes by Paul Pairet, among others, it carries also a wonderful fusion cuisine with no frontier: terrine of pate and pickles, tuna mousse, warm baby leeks, asparagus with hollandaise sauce; Jumbo Shrimp in Citrus; boqueronis; brie gratin, teriyaki pork, beef bourguignon, stew, black cod in a bag, and alsothe famous lemon pie: (all ingredients are injected in the lemon and the recipe takes several hours). This “Trendy Sexy” Cuisine pleases the palate, with his awesome talent Paul Pairet sign an innovative cooking style.

Around Paul Pairet, a real « bodyguard team », with flawless professionalism, ensures the smooth running of each dinner and service. Fabien Verdier (Group Chief Operating Officer), Rene Pol Boudoires (restaurant manager) and Frank Salati (Head excécutive chef), this talented trio manages all teams bringing result to a perfection level for full satisfaction of all guests … …
We don’t forget to mention the talented resident sound designer, who enchants the sound space of MBB with magical grooves remix like the famous song: the Bottle by Gil Scott Heron among others. With an average of 275 meals served per day, Mr & Mrs Bund is the most fashionable restaurant in Shanghai. Paul Pairet can be proud of his success. But it’s not his last word: next project is the launching of a revolutionary concept: UV (Ultra Violet). A table for 10 in a mutli-dimensional space in which will be served an ultra avant-garde food, nestled in a secret place in Shanghai. To be continued …
