The ancient alleyways of the Chinese capital are filled with treasures, including unexpected new restaurants like the Temple restaurant (opened November 30, 2011), unique on Beijing’s culinary scene and also very innovative in a lot of ways.

Located inside an old of mansion that was once the first manufacture of black and white televisions in Beijing, the restaurant TRB, that’s its nickname, is surrounded by six religious and centenarians temples (dedicated to the hotel part and for private events).

The restaurant concept is built around a proposal of great selection of wines and the combination of fine cuisine in search of harmony perfection with wines.

Thus, great names of Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy or the Rhone, are playing the stars around tastefull dishes for the greatest pleasure of the Temple’s customers who are coming here to discover some of the best wines in the world. At the head of this new restaurant … Ignace Lecleir (CEO), a Belgian guy, who was a few years ago the director of the renowned restaurant, Daniel, in Manhattan, and Maison Boulud in Beijing. This new table will be for sure one of the best seller in Beijing.
